Let me introduce myself and help you sort out your Private Tours in Rome in the best of ways.
HI! My name is Manuela Saolini and I am a qualified licensed Tour Guide in Rome and Vatican City.
Born and raised in Rome I am proud of my City and would want everyone to fall in love with it not only for its historical heritage but also for its really stimulating atmosphere.
I have been working as a guide since year 2000 and when I work I always wear my certification badge, making it visible to my clients and to officers who check that official guides are displaying their license when in service.
It is a job title I am very proud to have achieved, after extensive studies on archaeology, history of art, tourist legislation and a severe exam by local authorities: Provincia di Roma.

I am fluent in English having lived in Australia for three years.
I am mother of two girls a 23 year old and a 12 year old so I can say I have a certain experience with children and to enable them to feel involved and curious on my tours I use an ipad, overlay books and have taken storytelling workshops.
